ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING (ER) COMMITTEE
This component focuses on finding new or better purposes for Main Street enterprises. In other words, ADI has an ER Committee which works on strengthening the downtown’s existing economic base and gradually expanding it.

Ashland Downtown Inc., Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce, Ashland Borough, and Upper Schuylkill welcome new businesses or new owners to an existing business by sharing a warm welcome to them by presenting them with a “Welcome to Downtown Ashland” certificate.
