Ashland Downtown, Inc. (ADI) is offering your
business/organization a great opportunity to be a part of the “Ashland
Downtown Sponsor a Bench” program.
|

| ADI would like to provide your
business/organization the chance to sponsor a bench that will be
placed somewhere in the Ashland downtown area (1st-13th Centre
Street and 3rd/Hoffman Blvd. from Chestnut Street to Walnut
Street). The cost to you to be a part of the “Ashland Downtown
Sponsor a Bench” program” is $300. The bench will be the same style
and color of the benches that are located at the new park at
5th/Centre Street. Those businesses and organizations who wish to
participate in this program will have their names recognized on a 2”
x 10 “ that will be inserted in the backrest of the bench. There
may be more than one sponsor per bench. The Downtown Association
maintains ownership and authority of the benches placement

| If interested, please fill out
the application and return it to the downtown office by June 15,
2012 with a check made out to Ashland Downtown, Inc with the
appropriate amount corresponding to the number of benches you
would like to sponsor. No application will be processed without
payment
